Hiring Process
Candidates interested in school leadership, teaching, administrative and support positions must follow the same process and begin by submitting an application online. Applications are reviewed regularly and shared with the appropriate campus or department. If we are interested in a candidate, they will be contacted by a Noble employee.
Career Opportunities
Noble is a growing network of charter schools that currently employs more than 600 individuals from a variety of backgrounds to support our 10 campuses. We are always looking for talented people to join our team. Noble will open two new campuses in the fall of 2013 and will hire 150 teachers and 75 non-instructional positions this year to support our expansion. We are looking to fill the following positions:
- School leadership positions at the Noble campuses

- Instructional positions at the Noble campuses
- Non-Instructional positions
- Noble Network of Charter Schools' support positions

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications for teaching positions include:
- Unwavering determination to see kids achieve their dreams of college success;
- For special education teachers or learning specialists, IL certification in special education is required. For all other teaching applicants, IL certification is preferred;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that adapts to students’ needs; and
- A focus on results and a commitment to continually improving their practice.
